Additionally included in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
