Her colleague, US air force staff Sgt Andrew Wolfe, 24, continues receiving treatment in grave state.
Gatherings across West Virginia have been held in their honor.
White House Call
The commander-in-chief stated he’s proposed a visit to the White House for the parents of both members of the West Virginia National Guard.
“I told them: ‘When you’re prepared, because that’s a hard experience, come to the White House. We’re going to pay tribute to Sarah,” Trump informed the press. “And in the same way with him, recover or not.”
Public Support
Attendees gathered over the past few days at Webster County high school in the state to remember Sarah.
Both the soldiers had been fulfilling duties with the West Virginia National Guard as part of the president’s national effort to support public safety in Washington DC.
Paying Tribute to Beckstrom
“Sarah was the type of pupil that teachers desired. She behaved with quiet strength, a bright grin and a upbeat demeanor that inspired people around her,” Hankins, the leader of her previous school, told the press. “She was sweet, compassionate and always willing to assist people.”
Memorial plans for Beckstrom are still being arranged.
Judicial Actions and Policy Revisions

The incident led the administration to halt asylum applications and temporarily stop issuing visas to holders of passports from Afghanistan.
Condition of Andrew Wolfe
Andrew Wolfe, a native of Martinsburg, began his service in early 2019 and is a 2019 graduate of Musselman High, according to the news agency.
He continues to receive treatment and is “fighting for his life”, West Virginia leader Morrisey stated on television.
Attorney general the attorney general informed a news show that she aimed to speak to the family.
Memory of Beckstrom
Beckstrom, from her hometown, graduated from Webster County High in 2023 and enlisted soon after, working as a military police officer with distinction, per the state guard.
“She had a lot of goodness and she absolutely had courage,” the governor informed the audience at the vigil. “Though her time ended too soon, she has created a legacy that’s going to last forever.”
